Kevin Cloutier
Kevin has been a Realtor since 1997. I began my career in the Portland, Maine area. Upon relocating here to sunny SWFL in 2008, I got my Florida Real Estate license and have consistently been one of our area’s top producers. Kevin’s main focus is commercial real estate with a special emphasis on anything automotive. His current Man Cave project over in Cape Coral is extremely popular here in SWFL . Looking to buy or sell a carwash, automotive repair shop, auto sales lot, warehouse space, Kevin is your guy. He is extremely knowledgeable about this area and his skills at negotiating are second to none. But as I look beyond my 24+ year career as a 45+ per year transaction agent to something more beneficial to my family long term, I decided to finally open my own brokerage and make sure that my wife Angie and son Kyle could ease into the business and have careers for themselves.
